The Katadyn BeFree AC 1.0L is an ultralight and portable water filtration system designed for hikers, travelers, and everyday adventurers. Its 2-stage filter ensures clean, safe, and great-tasting water wherever your journey takes you. With a fast flow rate of up to 2 liters per minute, staying hydrated has never been easier.

Advanced Filtration Technology

Equipped with a hollow fiber filter and a replaceable activated carbon filter, the BeFree AC effectively removes microorganisms, sediments, and reduces odors and chlorine. The EZ-Clean Membrane™ allows for quick and effortless cleaning—simply shake or swish the filter in water to remove debris, no backflushing or tools required.

Designed for Convenience

The flexible Hydrapak® SoftFlask™ is made from durable, BPA-free TPU, allowing it to collapse for easy storage. A rugged handle and sturdy flip cap ensure secure transport, while the 42 mm thread fits most standard bottle openings. The silicone mouthpiece is easily removable for cleaning or replacement.
