We pack and ship order Monday through Friday. Typically in-stock orders ship the same day if placed before noon Regina time. Orders with out of stock items ship as soon as the out of stock item is received, normally two to three weeks.

Orders containing out-of-stock items will ship when the order is complete.

Please let us know if you would like the in-stock items to ship ASAP and the out-of-stock items to ship once they are back in stock. We typically charge $7.00 plus tax for partial shipments.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed by Canada Post. Canada Post sends its tracking emails at the end of the day.

Our standard practice is to accept orders for out‑of‑stock items, as most products can be replenished from our suppliers within one to three weeks. When an out‑of‑stock item cannot be ordered, this indicates that its restock timeline is likely longer than the usual period.
