Responding to the needs of the fishing industry and to meet the individual requirements of each sport fisherman, Grohmann has designed a lighweight, durable, yet beautiful fillet knife in four handy blade lengths: 5", 6", 7", & 8".

Ranging from deep, rosy brown to blonde strips, each handle is unique as no two handles are ever the same. Plantation grown mainly in East India, this special wood is selected for its durability, colour & rich grain. A good solid handle material that gets a better grip after use, but like any good knife with quality steel it is not recommended to be left soaking in water. Rosewood is always an excellent choice for a classic handle.

Grohmann takes pride in their products and that means using high quality materials. Rockwell hardness 56-58 degrees is maintained throughout all of the Outdoor knives.

Leather Sheath

Superior handcrafted quality also refers to Grohmann’s custom designed leather sheaths. All leather sheaths are made of 6 to 8 ounce steer-hide that is glued, stitched and riveted for maximum strength & durability. Each sheath is then oiled tanned and polished by hand to give it a beautiful finish.
