Designed by Darriel Caston of D Rocket Design, the MinimalX™ is an evolution of a knife originally made for SpaceX to commemorate a rocket launch. Darriel’s work caught the eye of someone in the company who commissioned him to make a custom series of knives for the crew. The genuine UMSC issue 13 ¼ inch bayonet features an 8 inch proprietary carbon steel blade and is packed full of features including a phosphate non-reflective finish and the USMC Logo stamped onto the Dynaflex® ergonomically grooved handle.
