After Alan Folts of Melbourne, Florida released the popular Minimalist® Cleaver, the celebrated design gained traction with its rough and tough capabilities. With the original cleaver blade length coming in at 2.13” and 5.06” in overall length, this new version packs even more power with its larger build.
