Canada's Source for the Small Long Clip Point (SLCP) Fixed Blade Knife by Maxpedition®
Maxpedition’s Small Long Clip Point Fixed blade Knife is 9.25 inches overall. The blade is made from D2 tool steel, while the handle is made from super tough nylon. The black sheath is made from Kydex.
Nylon Handle
Hidden full tang with 4 keys and 2 thru holes for secure integration with the molded super tough nylon handle. The handle features an ergonomic over-molded nylon grip with non-slip EDM texturing; thong hole sized to allow 1-inch ballistic webbing to pass through.
D2 Tool Steel Blade
The D2 tool steel blade is hardened to 58-60Hrc, and is double tempered with cryogenic treatment. The blade is 4.75 inches in length and 0.15 inches wide. The full height flat grind with 1-inch curved choil features convex sharpening for a strong edge. Finally, the blade features an industrial hard chrome plating to 1 mil (0.001 inch) over matte bead blast.
Kydex Sheath
The Kydex belt sheath features dual retention lips, stainless steel rivets and lashing holes designed to fit 550 paracord.
